uhbagrabba uhbagrabba D:
I've been online for the past hours since I got home from work..
Everything seems to be..paused? No updates, no new things.
Ugh..I'm starting to feel like I have no life :/..
My last day in the hot kitchen seems..a blur.
It was only a moment ago when I just started working there
and wondering when everything would finally end..I actually
wanted everything to end quickly. Now, mixed feelings.
I'm definitely going to miss the place and the people.
Some of the chefs who decided to take me under their
wing and teach me things. These people have continually
inspired and motivated me during those tough days.
I feel somewhat attached to them, and knowing that I'm not
going to see them after I leave the hotel for good makes me
a little sad..okay..pretty sad.
I took my Supersampler to work to get some shots of the
workplace to remind me of those baby steps..haha..it was
funny though..
Eri: You said..what's that?
Me: Lomography
Eri: ..Whatt???? Pornography??????
Me: ..no no..lomography
Eri: Ohh..I thought when you take people's pictures,
they become naked...
All the chefs were laughing then -_- haha...
As much as I know that I'm only going to be in the Cold Kitchen
which is right next door..it still feels that way. A little sad.

it reads: hi <3
I PROMISE!!
x
I've been looking at lomography clones again..D:
I'm really really tempted to get the:
Twotwo
Aqua Pix
Quad Cam
I must say, the clones are only cost 25% of the prices
of the original ones..but they look kinda ugly :/
And..going analog is VERY expensive!
Fujifilm 36 ISO 400: RM11.80
Processing Fee: RM5.00
Printing: 40 cents x 36 shots = RM14.40
------------------------------------
Total: RM31.20
------------------------------------
Price per shot: RM31.20/36 = 87 cents
------------------------------------
:/
Analog = RM0.87 per print
Digital = RM0.25~RM0.50 per print
Ughhhh!!...and black & white film is flipping pricey.
I have not added..or have I? D:
I checked out Foto Suria in the Old Wing, OU;
to find that they only charge RM5 for the processing!!
Unlike Fotokem's RM10 charge!!! WHY SO EX?!?!!?!?
And a 4R print is going at 40 cents, while Fotokem charges
60 cents, I have the member card, so 45 cents for me.
Its still cheaper in Foto Suria! But I still have yet to see their
photo paper and printing quality after I finish the next spool.

omnomnomnom..
i really really need sleep T_T
x
After coming back from watching today's Monin Cup Competition,
I realized that I need to study and do more research to improve.
Guh..I'm such a lazy person to begin with T_T
(Sorry Jamie! I have left you on the bookshelf for too long D:)
Apart from that all, I'm supposed to be posting up more pictures,
but I have not got them edited yet.
Tomorrow is going to be my last day in the Hot Kitchen.
I think I'm actually going to miss it a whole lot D:
I should sleep now, so that even if I want to feel sad,
I'll feel sad..properly..hahahahahahaha..
Okay, this is a really crap post, but I'm hitting publish anyway :/
I feel like I'm talking to a wall when I type.
I shall close this post with a picture in high hopes of making
this post suddenly a million times more interesting :D

courtesy of the jacket potato
..I have no idea why I just called her that :/
x
Also, I'm looking for a mixer.
The KitchenAid is sooo pretty! I want the one in Majestic Yellow.
But reading from some comments, Kenwood's performance is
supposed to be better. I'm a newbie at this, I need advice T_T
..and lots of money D:
How much does an ice cream maker cost though?
KitchenAid has an attachment called the Ice Cream Bowl
which costs from USD70~99..which totals to RM210~300++.
That's without shipping..ughhhhhh...
Tangan gatal..must buy!!
Diana Mini also!!!
Okay..non sequitur..but we are on the topic of buying.
Ugh...

*mature face game*
I spent my last day of being seventeen on some sort of sick emotional ride.
It was normal till a little after noon,
then the worst feelings overwhelmed me
--making me question in sadness--
trying very very hard not to start tearing
--why do some people treat you the way they do
when you didn't do anything wrong in the first place?
A surprise meeting and a short conversation of little bursts
of excitement, closed with wholehearted hugs and a promise
to have conversation over breakfast soon.
Picking up groceries and a little chat.
Then ending the day with doing something..somewhat selfless?
I guess after the closing of it all, I can look back on it
and say that it was a day well lived.
Now, I shall leave everything behind and look forward into this
new year with the most positive mindset available on the shelf.
I want to live each day with excitement & hope in my heart--
even on those days when it becomes tiring.
After all, its my last year of teenage hood..I already feel old T_T
Thank you for the calls, texts and wall posts :D
xx
In case you're wondering..my finger tips smell like...cooked stock :/
Onions, leek, spring onions, parsley..omgggg
And they look like they are in the crappiest condition ever T_T
